Aayu will help you to manage your total fitness management by giving you/making you technically sound, easily manageable, holistic exercise /functional methodology, blended with dancercise, aerobics, Zumba, martial art, dynamic yoga, and meditation about 45 minutes to 60 minutes sessions, 4 to 5 hours in a week.

What will you get?

You will get access to live workout sessions from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 7 am EST. The session will be available to you for 24 hours to work out in your own space and peace. Each day routine is unique and specially designed to get the best results to lose weight and achieve total health for your body, mind, and soul.

With AAYU online workouts, you will be covered with Aerobics workouts using the MTB, Stick exercises, Dance fitness, Zumba,  Dynamic Yoga, Martial Arts, Pranayama, Meditation, Chakra Meditation, Functional training, Unique techniques for Brisk walking Strength training, and more. Yes, all of these under one roof!!

Each 50-60 minutes session will include Pre-warmups, warm-up, Body conditioning specific for that day, and cool down. Completing the workout will leave you fresh, energetic for the rest of the day, and ready for more for the next day's training.
